Use a CEX (Centralized Exchange) to buy ETH/USDC, such as Binance, Coinbase, KuCoin, etc. Do check if your chosen CEX support the Optimism network. Not every CEX will support the Optimism network for withdrawals.
You can directly buy ETH/USDC using fiat on gamblr.xyz using the Get funds tab.
This is facilitated by Mt.Perelin which lets users buy, and sell crypto, directly with a credit/debit card.
